The School has a relationship with the Canadian Jewellers Association, which has accredited our Appraiser Diploma EGMA.

The Appraiser Diploma EGMA course is accredited by Gemworld, a world leader in information and marketing tools for jewellers and gem professionals. Gemworld has published the renowned GemGuide magazine since 1982.

The School is a member of AGTA (American Gem Tarde Association) and is regularly represented at the World Mineral Show in Tucson.

The World Gem Foundation is an international non-profit organization. Distributing its theoretical courses and practical workshops, the WGF awards the Career Gemmologist and Diamond Professional diplomas.

Marie-Hélène Corbin is a member of the Accredited Gemologists Association as a Senior Gemologist and is deeply involved in gemmological education and training. She brings to iGEM the rich information provided by this prestigious association.

The Gemological Institute of America has been a partner of the iGEM for over ten years and is a renowned center of excellence in diamonds, coloured stones and pearls.
Students enrolled in the GIA correspondence course can take their tests and exams at the EGM.

Because many of the students trained at the school are destined for the jewellery industry, the school maintains ties with the Corporation des Bijoutiers du Québec. We participate each year in its Expo Prestige, a trade show where jewellers shop for stones and jewellery. Keep an eye on the calendar and come see us.

The School participates in the Club de Minéralogie de Montréal show, where it offers its expertise to exhibitors and visitors.

Upon presentation of a certificate of registration, students wishing to stay at the hotel benefit from a privileged rate at the DoubleTree by Hilton Montréal, a stone’s throw from the school, with a multitude of services: how to simplify your stay to study better!
