    Please bring with you:

    • The service agreement duly completed and signed
    • A photocopy of a valid ID
    • The gem(s) to be identified
    • The Kimberley Certificate or any other certificate of origin for any rough diamond

    Deposit of stones: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
    Collection of stones: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm

    If you have a specific request, please make an appointment by calling us at + 1 (514) 889-8589 or by sending us an email at info@igem.ca

    Use a private carrier

    You can also send your stones to us by a private carrier offering secure services (Fedex, UPS, Gardaworld, etc.). We do not accept standard mail. We recommend that you purchase insurance for the estimated value of your gems. You are responsible for the cost of the carrier to return the stones.

    Please include in your shipment:

    • The completed and signed service agreement
    • A photocopy of a valid ID
    • The gemstone(s) to be identified
    • The Kimberley Certificate or any other certificate of origin for any rough diamond
    • A pre-stamped envelope with your name and address, to avoid any mistake when returning your gems.

    For security reasons, please confirm by email the mailing of your stones and allow our teams to open your envelope.
